This quick and tasty Teriyaki Salmon is ready in just 20 minutes. Flaky salmon with crispy skin and a sweet teriyaki glaze. Sesame noodles with sweet peas turn this into the perfect weeknight treat. Stir-fried vegetables would also complement this salmon dish well.

  1. Prep and set aside sesame seeds: toasted
  2. Prep and set aside scallion: sliced
  3. Get a clean small bowl
  4. Add crushed garlic clove
  5. Add sesame oil
  6. Add teriyaki sauce
  7. Mix with tablespoon until well combined
  8. Add salmon filet
  9. Get a clean frying pan
  10. Heat vegetable oil
  11. Transfer content of small bowl to fish
  12. Cook skin side down in frying pan for approx 3min until crispy
  13. Turn
  14. Cook in frying pan for 8min until just cooked
  15. Get a clean large saucepan
  16. Add water
  17. Add salt
  18. Add egg noodles
  19. Add peas
  20. Cook for approx 3min until tender
  21. Drain
  22. Return
  23. Add sesame oil
  24. Add sherry vinegar
  25. Add soy sauce
  26. Toss until coated
  27. Transfer noodles to 2 large serving bowls
  28. Transfer fish to 2 large serving bowls
  29. Top with prepared sesame seeds
  30. Top with prepared scallion
  31. Serve immediately
