  17. Prepare a clean work surface
  18. Slice halloumi evenly
  19. Grill each side until golden brown - approx 2 min
  20. Get a clean large serving bowl
  21. Add watercress
  22. Add baby spinach
  23. Serve
  24. Drizzle dressing with salad
  25. Sprinkle frying pan
