Step preview

  1. Add mint, white wine vinegar, olive oil and honey to a clean small bowl
  2. Whisk
  3. Mix in orange to the dressing
  4. Add salt & pepper to the dressing then set aside
  5. Get a clean frying pan
  6. Heat - medium-high heat
  7. Add pine nuts to the frying pan
  8. Fry until golden brown while stirring occasionally - approx 2 min
  9. Transfer nuts to plate
  10. Heat Grill - high heat
  11. Slice halloumi into a clean work surface evenly
  12. Grill each side until golden brown - approx 2 min
  13. Add watercress and baby spinach to a clean large serving bowl
  14. Serve
  15. Drizzle dressing with salad
  16. Sprinkle frying pan
