  12. Add prepared cucumber
  13. Add prepared black olives

  17. Add prepared radish
  18. Add prepared green onion
  19. Add olive oil
  20. Add prepared lemon
  21. Season with black pepper
  22. Combine
  23. Get a clean medium bowl
  24. Add prepared halloumi
  25. Add prepared lemon
  26. Add olive oil

  29. Heat a clean frying pan - medium-high heat
  30. Add bread slices
  31. Toast each side until golden brown then set aside - approx 2 min
  32. Transfer cheese mixture to frying pan
  33. Cook each side until light golden - approx 2 min
  34. Serve
