  9. Prep and set aside halloumi: sliced
  10. Prep and set aside lemon: zest of
  11. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  12. Add prepared cucumber
  13. Add prepared black olives
  14. Add prepared fresh parsley
  15. Add prepared mint
  16. Add prepared green bell pepper
  17. Add prepared radish
  18. Add prepared green onion
  19. Add olive oil
  20. Add prepared lemon
  21. Season with black pepper
  22. Combine
  23. Get a clean medium bowl
  24. Add prepared halloumi
  25. Add prepared lemon
  26. Add olive oil
  27. Season
  28. Toss
  29. Heat a frying pan on medium-high heat
  30. Add bread slices
  31. Toast each side for approx 2min until golden brown then set aside
  32. Transfer cheese mixture to frying pan
  33. Cook each side for approx 2min until light golden
  34. Serve
