Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add self raising flour, salt and black pepper to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Whisk together
  5. Add heavy cream to the dough
  6. Mix until dough forms
  7. Add scallion, tomato and sausage to the dough
  8. Mix together until well combined
  9. Roll out
  10. Cut out
  11. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  12. Add egg to a clean small bowl
  13. Beat
  14. Brush
  15. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 175°C
  16. Serve
