Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside piquillo peppers: drained & finely sliced
  2. Prep and set aside green onion: finely chopped
  3. Prep and set aside fresh rosemary: finely chopped
  4. Prep and set aside egg white: beaten
  5. Pre-heat on high heat
  6. Get a clean cutting board
  7. Slice ciabatta into rounds
  8. Toast lightly in toaster
  9. Get a clean medium bowl
  10. Add prepared piquillo peppers
  11. Add prepared green onion
  12. Add lime juice
  13. Add caster sugar
  14. Mix
  15. Get a clean baking sheet
  16. Line with foil
  17. Add olive oil
  18. Get a clean plate
  19. Add prepared fresh rosemary
  20. Add freshly ground black pepper
  21. Mix together
  22. Retrieve cutting board
  23. Add soft goat cheese
  24. Brush with prepared egg white
  25. Roll until coated
  26. Slice evenly
  27. Transfer cheese mixture to baking sheet
  28. Broil for approx 2min until browned
  29. Assemble
  30. Serve immediately
