Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C, high heat
  2. Slice ciabatta into a clean cutting board into rounds
  3. Toast lightly in toaster
  4. Add piquillo peppers, green onion, lime juice and caster sugar to a clean medium bowl
  5. Mix
  6. Get a clean baking sheet
  7. Line with foil
  8. Add olive oil to the baking sheet
  9. Add fresh rosemary and black pepper to a clean plate
  10. Mix together
  11. Add soft goat cheese to the cheese mixture
  12. Brush with egg white
  13. Roll until coated
  14. Slice evenly
  15. Transfer cheese mixture to baking sheet
  16. Broil until browned - approx 2 min
  17. Assemble
  18. Serve immediately
