Grilled chicken with a fresh, colourful salsa. Butterflied chicken breasts cook quickly on the BBQ and are less likely to overcook, and all you need is a good pair of kitchen scissors. The zingy salsa is packed with fresh flavours that take plain chicken to new and delicious heights.
