Making your own tender, sticky spare ribs at home doesn’t need to be daunting. Mix up the marinade and let the ribs do their thing in the oven while you prepare a side slaw or fries. Ask your butcher to remove the membrane from the ribs when you buy them to save having to do it yourself.
