  • Pork ribs icon
    Pork ribs1 kg
  • Ketchup icon
    Ketchup100 ml
  • Honey icon
    Honey2 tablespoons
  • Dark soy sauce icon
    Dark soy sauce1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil icon
    Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Malt vinegar icon
    Malt vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard icon
    Dijon mustard2 teaspoons
  • Salt & pepper icon
    Salt & pepper1 pinch
    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 390°F
  • 2. Add pork ribs to a clean large roasting dish
  • 3. Add ketchup, honey, dark soy sauce, olive oil, malt vinegar, dijon mustard and salt & pepper to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Mix until combined
  • 5. Brush pork with the half of marinade and continue
  • 6. Bake pork - 30 min, 200°C / 390°F
  • 7. Baste the ribs again on both sides with the marinade
  • 8. Bake until golden brown - approx 30 min, 200°C / 390°F
  • 9. Remove from oven and let cool - approx 5 min
  • 10. Divide and serve immediately
