  1. Prep and set aside mozzarella cheese: grated
  2. Prep and set aside avocado: diced
  3. Pre-heat
  4. Get a clean large roasting dish
  5. Add tortilla chips
  6. Add tomato salsa
  7. Sprinkle with drained, rinsed canned black beans
  8. Top with chopped jalapeño pepper evenly
  9. Sprinkle with prepared mozzarella cheese evenly
  10. Broil for approx 4min on medium heat until melted
  11. Add prepared avocado
  12. Top with sour cream
  13. Serve immediately
