  1. Melt butter a clean frying pan
  2. Add olive oil, onion and garlic clove to the frying pan
  3. Cook in frying pan until soft - medium heat
  4. Cook chestnut mushroom in the frying pan
  5. Cook until lightly browned
  6. Add wholegrain mustard and crème fraîche to the frying pan
  7. Stir until heated through
  8. Season with salt & pepper
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley
  10. Serve immediately
