    METHOD


  • 1. Add crème fraîche, anchovies, parmesan cheese and lemon to a clean food processor bowl
  • 2. Blend until smooth
  • 3. Season with black pepper to taste
  • 4. Add romaine lettuce hearts and avocado to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 5. Pour dressing into salad
  • 6. Toss together
  • 7. Divide salad between 4 medium bowls evenly
  • 8. Arrange chicken breast in the medium bowls on top
  • 9. Scatter croutons over the medium bowls
  • 10. Season
  • 11. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  • 12. Serve immediately
