Step preview

  1. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  2. Heat - medium-high heat
  3. Add onion, chorizo and chicken breast to the frying pan
  4. Cook in frying pan until golden brown while stirring occasionally - approx 6 min
  5. Add tinned green lentils, dried thyme, chicken stock and dijon mustard to the frying pan
  6. Stir
  7. Cook until just boiling - approx 2 min
  8. Season with salt & pepper
  9. Serve
  10. Serve rustic french bread with the frying pan
