    8¼ cups (about 200g)

Step preview

  1. Add soy sauce, wasabi and sake to a clean medium bowl
  2. Combine with tablespoon
  3. Mix in tuna steak to the fish
  4. Cover in fridge and continue
  5. Arrange arugula, yellow cherry tomatoes and cucumber in a clean serving plate
  6. Add soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and sesame oil to a clean small bowl
  7. Mix until sugar has dissolved then set aside
  8. Heat - high heat
  9. Transfer fish to frying pan
  10. Sear each side - approx 10 sec
  11. Transfer fish to salad
  12. Drizzle dressing
  13. Serve
