  1. Prep and set aside tuna steak: sliced
  2. Prep and set aside yellow cherry tomatoes: halved
  3. Prep and set aside cucumber: finely sliced
  4. Get a clean medium bowl
  5. Add soy sauce
  6. Add wasabi
  7. Add sake
  8. Combine with tablespoon
  9. Mix in prepared tuna steak
  10. Cover in fridge and continue
  11. Get a clean serving plate
  12. Arrange arugula
  13. Arrange prepared yellow cherry tomatoes
  14. Arrange prepared cucumber
  15. Get a clean small bowl
  16. Add soy sauce
  17. Add lime juice
  18. Add brown sugar
  19. Add sesame oil
  20. Mix until sugar has dissolved then set aside
  21. Heat on high heat
  22. Transfer fish to frying pan
  23. Sear each side for approx 10s
  24. Transfer fish to salad
  25. Drizzle dressing
  26. Serve
