Hazelnuts100 groasted
Sesame seeds75 gtoasted
Sea salt1 teaspoonflaked
Cumin seeds2 tablespoons
Coriander seeds2 tablespoons
Black peppercorns1 tablespoon
Method
1. Toast cumin seeds, coriander seeds and black peppercorns in frying pan over medium heat
2. Grind spices with mortar and pestle until fine
3. Add hazelnuts, sesame seeds, sea salt and spice mix to the food processor bowl
4. Blitz briefly
