This simple speedy shrimp stir-fry has a spicy kick and the vegetables add a fresh crunch. Prepare the ingredients before you heat the wok and keep everything moving. Using cooked shrimp allows you get a delicious dinner on the table in no time, but feel free to use fresh shrimp too - they don't take very long to cook anyway!

  1. Add water to a clean large saucepan
  2. Boil
  3. Add egg noodles to the noodles
  4. Cook and continue - approx 4 min
  5. Get a clean frying pan
  6. Heat frying pan - high heat
  7. Add sesame oil and vegetable oil to the frying pan
  8. Add yellow bell pepper to the frying pan
  9. Add shiitake mushrooms and carrot to the frying pan
  10. Stir - approx 3 min
  11. Add green onion, fresh chili and prawns to the frying pan
  12. Stir - approx 2 min
  13. Drain noodles
  14. Add noodles to frying pan and mix
  15. Scatter sesame seeds over the frying pan
  16. Serve immediately
