An easy chocolate cream dessert, lovely from a jar or as a pastry filling.

Ingredients

  • Cornstarch icon

    20g (about 2½ tbsp)

    500ml (2⅛ cups)

    50g (about 4¾ tbsp)

Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add sugar, cornstarch, milk and egg to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 12
  6. Then add dark chocolate to the chocolate mixture
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 90°C, speed 3
  8. Transfer chocolate mixture to jar
  9. Cover with plastic wrap
  10. Chill in fridge until set - approx 1 hr
