Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside cod fillet: cubed - 2 cm
  2. Prep and set aside flour tortilla: warm
  3. Prep and set aside romaine lettuce hearts: shredded
  4. Prep and set aside cilantro: chopped
  5. Prep and set aside avocado: mashed
  6. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  7. Add prepared cod fillet
  8. Season with paprika
  9. Season with salt
  10. Season with black pepper
  11. Season with cayenne pepper
  12. Toss gently until coated
  13. Get a clean frying pan
  14. Add peanut oil
  15. Heat in frying pan on medium heat
  16. Transfer fish to frying pan
  17. Cook for approx 3min on medium heat until just cooked
  18. Drizzle with lime juice
  19. Get a clean serving plate
  20. Assemble prepared flour tortilla
  21. Add prepared romaine lettuce hearts
  22. Add content of frying pan to tortillas
  23. Garnish with prepared cilantro
  24. Serve immediately
  25. Serve prepared avocado
  26. Serve tomato salsa
