Step preview

  1. Add cod fillet to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Season with paprika, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper
  3. Toss gently until coated
  4. Add peanut oil to a clean frying pan
  5. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  6. Transfer fish to frying pan
  7. Cook until just cooked - approx 3 min, medium heat
  8. Drizzle with lime juice
  9. Assemble flour tortilla with a clean serving plate
  10. Add romaine lettuce hearts to the tortillas
  11. Add content of frying pan to tortillas
  12. Garnish with cilantro
  13. Serve immediately
  14. Serve with avocado and tomato salsa
