  1. Prep and set aside beef filet: finely sliced
  2. Prep and set aside green onion: sliced
  3. Prep and set aside mangetout: halved
  4. Get a clean jug
  5. Add cornflour
  6. Add orange juice
  7. Stir with tablespoon
  8. Add orange juice
  9. Add sweet chili sauce
  10. Stir with tablespoon until combined then set aside
  11. Get a clean frying pan
  12. Add sunflower oil
  13. Heat in frying pan on medium-high heat
  14. Add prepared beef filet
  15. Add ginger purée
  16. Sauté in frying pan for approx 3min until browned
  17. Add prepared green onion
  18. Add prepared mangetout
  19. Sauté in frying pan for approx 1min
  20. Transfer mixture to frying pan
  21. Stir continuously in frying pan for approx 1min until thickened
  22. Serve immediately
