  1. Add cornflour and orange juice to a clean jug
  2. Stir with tablespoon
  3. Add orange juice and sweet chili sauce to the mixture
  4. Stir with tablespoon until combined then set aside
  5. Add sunflower oil to a clean frying pan
  6. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  7. Add beef filet and ginger purée to the frying pan
  8. Sauté in frying pan until browned - approx 3 min
  9. Add green onion and mangetout to the frying pan
  10. Sauté in frying pan - approx 1 min
  11. Transfer mixture to frying pan
  12. Stir continuously in frying pan until thickened - approx 1 min
  13. Serve immediately
