Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 220°C
  2. Fill a clean large saucepan with water
  3. Add salt to the vegetables
  4. Boil - high heat
  5. Add asparagus to the vegetables
  6. Cook until tender - 3 min
  7. Drain well
  8. Add lemon zest, fresh parsley, dill and salt & pepper to the vegetables
  9. Toss until combined
  10. Grease a clean baking sheet with butter
  11. Place salmon filet on the baking sheet
  12. Stuff vegetables into fish
  13. Season
  14. Squeeze lemon into the fish
  15. Cook - 10 min, 220°C
  16. Serve
