  1. Prep and set aside asparagus: trimmed
  2. Prep and set aside fresh parsley: chopped
  3. Prep and set aside dill: chopped
  4. Prep and set aside salmon filet: skinned
  5. Pre-heat - 220°C
  6. Get a clean large saucepan
  7. Fill with water
  8. Add salt
  9. Boil - high heat
  10. Add prepared asparagus
  11. Cook until tender - 3 min
  12. Drain well
  13. Add lemon zest
  14. Add prepared fresh parsley
  15. Add prepared dill
  16. Add salt & pepper
  17. Toss until combined
  18. Get a clean baking sheet
  19. Grease with butter
  20. Place prepared salmon filet
  21. Stuff vegetables into fish
  22. Season
  23. Squeeze juice of lemon
  24. Cook - 10 min, 220°C
  25. Serve
