  1. Prep and set aside onion: sliced
  2. Prep and set aside carrot: sliced
  3. Prep and set aside broccoli: chopped
  4. Prep and set aside red bell pepper: cored, deseeded & sliced
  5. Prep and set aside zucchini: sliced
  6. Prep and set aside fresh chili: chopped
  7. Get a clean frying pan
  8. Heat sunflower oil
  9. Add firm tofu
  10. Sauté in frying pan until golden brown while stirring occasionally
  11. Remove with slotted spoon then set aside
  12. Heat sunflower oil
  13. Add prepared onion
  14. Add prepared carrot
  15. Sauté for approx 1min
  16. Add prepared broccoli
  17. Add prepared red bell pepper
  18. Sauté for approx 1min
  19. Add prepared zucchini
  20. Add sugar snap peas
  21. Sauté for approx 1min
  22. Get a clean small bowl
  23. Add soy sauce
  24. Add sweet chili sauce
  25. Add water
  26. Combine
  27. Transfer sauce to frying pan
  28. Cook for approx 1min
  29. Serve
  30. Add prepared fresh chili
  31. Add Thai basil
