Delicious Brazilian snack

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Add sunflower oil, milk, water and salt to a clean saucepan
  3. Heat until boiling - medium heat
  4. Add tapioca starch to a clean large mixing bowl
  5. Transfer content of saucepan to large mixing bowl
  6. Mix quickly until combined
  7. Mix in egg to the large mixing bowl one by one
  8. Add parmesan cheese and cheese to the large mixing bowl
  9. Mix well until smooth
  10. Make into balls
  11. Bake until light golden - approx 30 min, 200°C
