Step preview

  1. Get a clean large saucepan
  2. Add granulated sugar
  3. Add unsweetened shredded coconut
  4. Add egg white
  5. Add zest of lemon
  6. Add honey
  7. Add orange blossom water
  8. Add sea salt
  9. Heat - 5 min, low heat
  10. Let cool - 10 min
  11. Pre-heat - 175°C
  12. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  13. Scoop batter onto 2 baking sheets
  14. Arrange evenly
  15. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 175°C
  16. Transfer onto cooling rack
  17. Get a clean medium glass bowl
  18. Add chopped dark chocolate
  19. Melt carefully in double boiler
  20. Dip content of 2 baking sheets into chocolate mixture
  21. Get baking sheets
  22. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios
  23. Chill in fridge until set
