1. Add red cabbage, water and white vinegar to a clean large saucepan
2. Boil - 30 min
3. Strain with sieve and set aside
4. Add onion, white vinegar and water to a clean large saucepan

7. Bring eggs and water to boil in a large saucepan
8. Simmer - 12 min for hard boiled eggs
9. Rinse eggs until cool and place them in each saucepan
10. Set aside large saucepan in fridge - 30 min
11. Remove from containers
