Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add brown sugar, caster sugar, unsalted butter and vanilla extract to the large mixing bowl
  4. Beat until creamy
  5. Add egg to the large mixing bowl one by one while mixing
  6. Add all purpose flour, baking soda and salt to the large mixing bowl
  7. Mix gently until combined
  8. Add chocolate chips and walnuts to the large mixing bowl
  9. Mix
  10. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking sheet into dough balls
  11. Bake - approx 9 min, 190°C
  12. Let cool onto work surface - approx 2 min
  13. Let cool onto cooling rack until cool
