Step preview

  1. Get a clean stand mixer bowl
  2. Add all purpose flour
  3. Add bread flour
  4. Add active dried yeast
  5. Whisk briefly
  6. Add salt
  7. Add warm water
  8. Add olive oil
  9. Knead until elastic - 10 min, medium speed
  10. Form into a ball
  11. Grease a clean medium bowl
  12. Transfer dough to medium bowl
  13. Cover with plastic wrap
  14. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
  15. Pre-heat a clean baking sheet - 250°C
  16. Turn out stand mixer bowl on lightly-floured surface
  17. Roll out
  18. Sprinkle with cornmeal
  19. Transfer stand mixer bowl to dough
  20. Assemble
  21. Bake - 8 min, 250°C
  22. Slice immediately with pizza cutter
