Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside garlic clove: peeled & crushed
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add water
  4. Get the steamer tray
  5. Add cubed - 1.5" eggplant
  6. Steam - 45 min, 104°C
  7. Drain
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Transfer vegetables to kCook bowl
  10. Add prepared garlic clove
  11. Add juice of lemon
  12. Add curry powder
  13. Add ground cumin
  14. Add olive oil
  15. Add salt & pepper to taste
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  17. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  18. Serve
