Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Add eggplant to the steamer tray
  4. Steam - 45 min, 104°C
  5. Drain
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Transfer vegetables to kCook bowl
  8. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  9. Add lemon, curry powder, ground cumin and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  10. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl to taste
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  13. Serve
