Easy, moist banana bread recipe. This is a great base recipe that you can make your own by adding other flavors. Chocolate chips, toasted coconut, and almond extract are all great additions.

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C / 320°F
  • 2. Add baking soda, salt and all purpose flour to a clean medium bowl then set aside
  • 3. Mash banana in a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Mix in granulated sugar, egg and butter and whisk until combined
  • 5. Mix in dry ingredients until just combined
  • 6. Grease in the loaf pan
  • 7. Pour the batter to the loaf, bake until just cooked and let cool - 50 min, middle rack
