Easy, moist banana bread recipe. This is a great base recipe that you can make your own by adding other flavors. Chocolate chips, toasted coconut, and almond extract are all great additions.

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside unsalted butter: melted
  2. Pre-heat - 160°C
  3. Get a clean medium bowl
  4. Add baking soda
  5. Add salt
  6. Add all purpose flour then set aside
  7. Get a clean medium bowl
  8. Add banana
  9. Mash completely
  10. Add granulated sugar
  11. Add egg
  12. Add prepared unsalted butter
  13. Whisk completely until completely mixed
  14. Mix carefully until just combined
  15. Grease in cake tin
  16. Pour evenly in cake tin
  17. Bake until just cooked and let cool - 50 min, 160°C, middle rack
