Easy, moist banana bread recipe. This is a great base recipe that you can make your own by adding other flavors. Chocolate chips, toasted coconut, and almond extract are all great additions.

Unsalted butter55 gmelted
Baking soda7 g
Salt6 g
All purpose flour230 g
Banana350 g
Granulated sugar200 g
Egg45 g
Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C / 320°F
2. Add baking soda, salt and all purpose flour to a clean medium bowl then set aside
3. Mash banana in a clean medium bowl
4. Mix in granulated sugar, egg and butter and whisk until combined
5. Mix in dry ingredients until just combined
6. Grease in the loaf pan
7. Pour the batter to the loaf, bake until just cooked and let cool - 50 min, middle rack
