Step preview

  1. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean frying pan
  2. Cook chicken thigh in the frying pan quickly while stirring occasionally
  3. Add onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño pepper and garlic clove to the frying pan
  4. Cook in frying pan until softened while stirring occasionally - 8 min, medium heat
  5. Add tomato and sea salt to the frying pan
  6. Cook a clean stockpot in frying pan until just cooked then set aside - 6 min, medium heat
  7. Stir fresh basil into the stockpot
  8. Serve with brown rice
