Step preview

  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add water
  3. Add kosher salt
  4. Add dried yeast
  5. Add egg
  6. Add honey
  7. Add salted butter
  8. Mix until combined
  9. Add bread flour
  10. Combine until mixture comes together
  11. Pour in plastic container and let rise - 2 hr
  12. Refrigerate until cold - approx 3 hr
  13. Pre-heat - 175°C
  14. Shape
  15. Bake until golden brown and let cool - 45 min, 80°C
