Method
1. Add water, kosher salt, dried yeast, egg and honey to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Add salted butter and mix until combined
3. Add bread flour and combine until mixture comes together
4. Pour in plastic container and let rise - 2 hr
5. Refrigerate large mixing bowl until cold - approx 3 hr
6. Pre-heat the oven - 175°C / 350°F
7. Shape the dough
8. Bake until golden brown and let cool - 45 min
