A recipe for the base of overnight oatmeal. Add fruits/toppings or eat plain. My favorite toppings so far are strawberries & sliced almonds.

  • Greek yogurt icon

  • Almond milk icon
    Almond milk70 ml
  • Water icon
    Water70 ml
  • Vanilla extract icon
    Vanilla extract½ teaspoon
  • Honey icon

  • Chia seeds icon

  • Rolled oats icon

    Method

  • 1. Add greek yogurt, almond milk, water, vanilla extract, honey, chia seeds and rolled oats to a clean jar
  • 2. Mix thoroughly until combined and cover
  • 3. Place in fridge - approx 4 hr
