A recipe for a perfectly gooey and delicious kladdkaka. It's quick and very easy to make since you can even mix the batter in the pot. Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream.

  • Unsalted butter icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C, middle rack
  • 2. Line in cake tin then set aside
  • 3. Add unsalted butter, sugar and egg to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Mix
  • 5. Mix in whole wheat flour, cacao powder and vanilla sugar
  • 6. Bake then set aside - 15 min, 175°C, middle rack
  • 7. Sift powdered sugar for garnishing and serve with whipped cream or ice cream
