Ingredients
Unsalted butter100 gmelted
Sugar250 g
Egg2
Whole wheat flour100 g
Cacao powder45 g
Vanilla sugar5 g
Whipped creamas needed
Powdered sugaras needed
Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C, middle rack
2. Line in cake tin then set aside
3. Add unsalted butter, sugar and egg to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix
5. Mix in whole wheat flour, cacao powder and vanilla sugar
6. Bake then set aside - 15 min, 175°C, middle rack
7. Sift powdered sugar for garnishing and serve with whipped cream or ice cream
