  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Add unsalted butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract to a clean stand mixer bowl
  3. Beat until fluffy - medium speed
  4. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to the stand mixer bowl
  5. Beat slowly until combined - low speed
  6. Shape into balls
  7. Transfer the rest of content of stand mixer bowl to baking sheet
  8. Bake - 10 min, 175°C
  9. Top immediately
  10. Cool
