Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Add peanuts to a clean medium bowl
  3. Grind until fine
  4. Add powdered sugar, peanut oil and coconut oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  5. Transfer
  6. Blend until dough forms
  7. Roll into balls
  8. Transfer dough to 2 baking sheets
  9. Flatten slightly
  10. Top with peanuts
  11. Add egg yolk to a clean small bowl
  12. Beat briefly
  13. Brush cookies with eggs lightly
  14. Bake baking sheets until light golden - 15 min, 170°C
  15. Transfer onto cooling rack
