Step preview

  1. Add dark chocolate to a clean medium glass bowl
  2. Add heavy cream, milk, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, black peppercorns, ginger, nutmeg and orange to a clean saucepan
  3. Heat until just boiling
  4. Leave - 30 min
  5. Strain with sieve
  6. Heat gently until just boiling
  7. Pour cream into chocolate mixture
  8. Stir until smooth
  9. Serve
