  1. Prep and set aside dark chocolate: melted
  2. Get a clean medium bowl
  3. Add egg yolk
  4. Add warm water
  5. Whip until creamy
  6. Add sugar bit by bit
  7. Whip until combined then set aside - 10 min
  8. Add prepared dark chocolate
  9. Whip slowly until combined
  10. Get a clean medium bowl
  11. Add whipped cream
  12. Whip quickly until hard
  13. Transfer cream to medium bowl
  14. Get medium bowl
  15. Add egg white
  16. Whip quickly until creamy
  17. Transfer cream to medium bowl
  18. Mix until combined
  19. Let cool in freezer until hard - 1 hr
  20. Add raspberries
