  1. Pre-heat - 190°C
  2. Grease a clean muffin pan
  3. Get a clean small bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter
  5. Melt in microwave - low heat
  6. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  7. Add egg
  8. Add milk
  9. Beat until frothy
  10. Transfer butter to batter
  11. Beat until blended
  12. Get a clean small bowl
  13. Add salt
  14. Add all purpose flour and mix
  15. Transfer dry ingredients to batter and continue mixing
  16. Spoon batter into muffin pan
  17. Bake - 50 min
  18. Cut quickly
  19. Bake - 10 min
  20. Remove immediately
