Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Grease a clean muffin pan
  3. Add unsalted butter to a clean small bowl
  4. Melt in microwave - low heat
  5. Add egg and milk to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Beat until frothy
  7. Transfer content of small bowl to batter
  8. Beat until blended
  9. Add salt to a clean small bowl
  10. Add all purpose flour to the dry ingredients and mix
  11. Transfer dry ingredients to batter and continue mixing
  12. Spoon batter into muffin pan
  13. Bake - 50 min
  14. Cut quickly
  15. Bake - 10 min
  16. Remove immediately
