Easy and delicious creamy almond butter with a bit of sweetness

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside coconut oil: melted
  2. Pre-heat - 150°C
  3. Line a clean large roasting dish with parchment paper
  4. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  5. Add almonds
  6. Add maple syrup
  7. Add prepared coconut oil
  8. Toss with slotted spoon until coated
  9. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to large roasting dish
  10. Roast - 8 min, 150°C
  11. Toss with slotted spoon
  12. Roast - 7 min, 150°C
  13. Let cool - 20 min
  14. Transfer content of large roasting dish to blender jug
  15. Pulse until fine crumbs form
  16. Blend until smooth
  17. Transfer content of blender jug to medium bowl
  18. Add sea salt
  19. Serve
