Easy and delicious creamy almond butter with a bit of sweetness

  • Almonds icon
    400g (about 2¾ cups)
  • Maple syrup icon

    3 tbsp (44ml)
  • Sea salt icon

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  2. Line a clean large roasting dish with parchment paper
  3. Add almonds, maple syrup and coconut oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Toss with slotted spoon until coated
  5. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to large roasting dish
  6. Roast - 8 min, 150°C
  7. Toss with slotted spoon
  8. Roast - 7 min, 150°C
  9. Let cool - 20 min
  10. Transfer content of large roasting dish to blender jug
  11. Pulse until fine crumbs form
  12. Blend until smooth
  13. Transfer content of blender jug to medium bowl
  14. Add sea salt to the medium bowl
  15. Serve
