Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 180°C
  2. Get a clean large roasting dish
  3. Add cashew nuts evenly
  4. Roast until light golden and let cool - 8 min, 180°C
  5. Transfer nuts to food processor bowl
  6. Blend until runny - high speed
  7. Transfer half of content of food processor bowl to medium bowl
  8. Get food processor bowl
  9. Add cacao powder
  10. Add sea salt
  11. Add maple syrup
  12. Blend until runny - high speed
  13. Scoop one third of purée onto jar
  14. Transfer one third of content of food processor bowl to jar
  15. Layer
  16. Swirl until mixture comes together
