  • Cashew nuts icon
    Cashew nuts375 g
  • Cacao powder icon
    Cacao powder1 ½ tablespoons
  • Sea salt icon
    Sea salt1 pinch
  • Maple syrup icon
    Maple syrup1 tablespoon
    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  • 2. Add cashew nuts to a clean large roasting dish evenly
  • 3. Roast until light golden and let cool - 8 min, 180°C
  • 4. Transfer nuts to food processor bowl
  • 5. Blend until runny - high speed
  • 6. Transfer half of content of food processor bowl to medium bowl
  • 7. Add cacao powder, sea salt and maple syrup to the food processor bowl
  • 8. Blend until runny - high speed
  • 9. Scoop one third of purée onto jar
  • 10. Transfer one third of content of food processor bowl to jar
  • 11. Layer
  • 12. Swirl until mixture comes together
