Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
2. Add cashew nuts to a clean large roasting dish evenly
3. Roast until light golden and let cool - 8 min, 180°C
4. Transfer nuts to food processor bowl
5. Blend until runny - high speed
6. Transfer half of content of food processor bowl to medium bowl
7. Add cacao powder, sea salt and maple syrup to the food processor bowl
8. Blend until runny - high speed
9. Scoop one third of purée onto jar
10. Transfer one third of content of food processor bowl to jar
11. Layer
12. Swirl until mixture comes together
