Method
1. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
2. Pre-heat oven - 174°C
3. Add dark chocolate and salted butter to a clean medium glass bowl
4. Melt in microwave - low heat
5. Add granulated sugar, egg and vanilla extract to a clean large mixing bowl
6. Whisk until pale and light
7. Fold chocolate mixture into batter
8. Add all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to a clean medium bowl
9. Sift dry ingredients into batter
10. Fold briefly until just combined
11. Scoop batter onto 2 baking sheets
12. Shape with teaspoon
13. Bake - 7 min, 174°C
14. Transfer onto cooling rack until completely cool
15. Add unsalted butter and cream cheese to a clean large mixing bowl
16. Beat until smooth
17. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the frosting
18. Beat until smooth
19. Assemble pie with piping bag
