Method
1. Pre-heat a clean frying pan
2. Add wholegrain mustard, brown sugar, olive oil, salt and black pepper to a clean small bowl
3. Mix until combined
4. Add chicken breast
5. Toss until coated
6. Transfer chicken to frying pan
7. Cook each side - approx 4 min, medium heat
8. Let rest and continue
9. Add greek yogurt, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime, fresh chili, salt, black pepper, garlic clove and granulated sugar to a clean ramekin
10. Whisk until combined
11. Add red cabbage, carrot, radish, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, white cabbage, scallion and ramen noodles to a clean large serving bowl
12. Toss until combined
13. Divide salad between 3 medium bowls
14. Add chicken slices to each bowl
15. Drizzle with dressing
16. Serve
