Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 180°C
  2. Grease 2 clean mini doughnut pans
  3. Add all purpose flour, caster sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Stir until combined
  5. Add egg, greek yogurt, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract and almond extract to the batter
  6. Stir gently until just combined
  7. Transfer batter to large resealable plastic bag
  8. Pipe batter onto 2 mini doughnut pans
  9. Sprinkle with glace cherries
  10. Bake until light golden - 12 min, 180°C
  11. Let cool
  12. Add powdered sugar and milk to a clean large mixing bowl
  13. Stir
  14. Add milk to the glaze slowly while whisking
  15. Dip dough balls into glaze
  16. Decorate with glace cherries
  17. Sprinkle with flaked almonds
