Method
1. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
2. Add water and egg to a clean small bowl
3. Beat briefly then set aside
4. Add parmesan cheese, gruyère cheese, fresh rosemary, sea salt and black pepper to another small bowl
5. Mix then set aside
6. Roll out puff pastry onto the baking sheets
7. Transfer half of eggs to the pastry
8. Transfer cheese mixture to the pastry
9. Slice evenly
10. Shape
11. Transfer the rest of eggs to the pastry
12. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds
13. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 190°C
