Step preview

  1. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  2. Add water and egg to a clean small bowl
  3. Beat briefly then set aside
  4. Add parmesan cheese, gruyère cheese, fresh rosemary, sea salt and black pepper to a clean small bowl
  5. Mix then set aside
  6. Roll out puff pastry onto the baking sheets
  7. Transfer half of eggs to 2 pastry
  8. Transfer cheese mixture to 2 pastry
  9. Slice evenly
  10. Shape
  11. Transfer the rest of eggs to 2 pastry
  12. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds
  13. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 190°C
