Basic pie crust

    Method

  • 1. Add all purpose flour, granulated sugar, butter, egg yolk, water and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Mix until combined
  • 3. Refrigerate in fridge - 15 min
  • 4. Line a pie dish with the pastry
  • 5. Bake - approx 20 min
