Ingredients

  • Salted butter icon
    Salted butter
    200g (about ¾ cup)
  • Peanut butter icon
    Peanut butter
    4 tbsp (65g)
  • Sugar substitute icon
    Sugar substitute
    3 tsp (2g)
  • Vanilla extract icon
    Vanilla extract
    1 tsp (5ml)
  • Salt icon
    Salt
    about ¼ teaspoon (1g)
  • Cocoa powder icon
    Cocoa powder
    about ½ cup (44g)

Step preview

  1. Add salted butter to a clean medium glass bowl
  2. Melt completely in double boiler
  3. Add peanut butter to the medium glass bowl
  4. Stir until melted
  5. Add sugar substitute, vanilla extract and salt to the chocolate mixture
  6. Mix until smooth
  7. Mix in cocoa powder to the chocolate mixture
  8. Transfer chocolate mixture to silicone bar molds
  9. Chill in freezer until hard
