  9. Get a clean medium bowl
  10. Add powdered sugar
  11. Add ground cinnamon
  12. Add ground cardamom
  13. Add ground ground cloves
  14. Mix sugar mixture into meringue bit by bit
  15. Scoop meringue onto 2 baking sheets
  16. Bake until hollow-sounding when tapped - 40 min, 120°C
