Method
1. Add water, milk and unsalted butter to a clean saucepan
2. Heat gently and set aside
3. Add all purpose flour, sugar, quick-rise yeast and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Whisk briefly until combined
5. Transfer butter to dough
6. Mix until combined
7. Add egg to the dough
8. Mix until dough forms
9. Knead until smooth - 10 min, dough hook
10. Grease a clean medium bowl
11. Transfer dough to medium bowl and cover
12. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
13. Grease pan with some butter on parchment paper
14. Turn out the dough on lightly-floured surface
15. Roll into a rectangle
16. Add unsalted butter, granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl
17. Mix briefly until combined
18. Spread sugar mixture on the dough and roll it
19. Cut the dough into rolls and arrange it in round pan. Cover with plastic wrap
20. Let rise for 30 min
21. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
22. Bake rolls until lightly browned - 25 min, 190°C
23. Add powdered sugar, ground cinnamon and milk to a clean medium bowl
24. Mix together
25. Drizzle rolls with glaze
