  2. Add water
  3. Add milk
  4. Add unsalted butter
  5. Heat gently and set aside
  6. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  7. Add all purpose flour
  8. Add sugar
  9. Add quick-rise yeast
  10. Add salt
  11. Whisk briefly until combined
  12. Transfer butter to dough
  13. Mix until combined
  14. Add egg
  15. Mix until dough forms
  16. Knead until smooth - 10 min, dough hook
  17. Grease a clean medium bowl
  18. Transfer dough to medium bowl and cover
  19. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
  20. Grease a clean round pan
  21. Turn out large mixing bowl on lightly-floured surface
  22. Roll
  23. Get a clean small bowl
  24. Add softened unsalted butter
  25. Add granulated sugar
  26. Add ground cinnamon
  27. Mix briefly until combined
  28. Spread sugar mixture with large mixing bowl
  29. Roll
  30. Cut
  31. Arrange dough in round pan and cover
  32. Let rise with plastic wrap - 30 min
  33. Pre-heat - 190°C
  34. Bake until lightly browned - 25 min, 190°C
  35. Get a clean medium bowl
  36. Add powdered sugar
  37. Add ground cinnamon
  38. Add milk
  39. Mix together
  40. Drizzle rolls with glaze
