Step preview

  1. Add water, milk and unsalted butter to a clean saucepan
  2. Heat gently and set aside
  3. Add all purpose flour, sugar, quick-rise yeast and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Whisk briefly until combined
  5. Transfer butter to dough
  6. Mix until combined
  7. Add egg to the dough
  8. Mix until dough forms
  9. Knead until smooth - 10 min, dough hook
  10. Grease a clean medium bowl
  11. Transfer dough to medium bowl and cover
  12. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
  13. Grease a clean round pan
  14. Turn out large mixing bowl on lightly-floured surface
  15. Roll
  16. Add unsalted butter, granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl
  17. Mix briefly until combined
  18. Spread sugar mixture with large mixing bowl
  19. Roll
  20. Cut
  21. Arrange dough in round pan and cover
  22. Let rise with plastic wrap - 30 min
  23. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  24. Bake until lightly browned - 25 min, 190°C
  25. Add powdered sugar, ground cinnamon and milk to a clean medium bowl
  26. Mix together
  27. Drizzle rolls with glaze
