Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  3. Add unsalted butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Beat until light and fluffy
  5. Add all purpose flour to a clean small bowl
  6. Transfer dry ingredients to large mixing bowl gradually while mixing
  7. Add pecan halves to a clean small bowl
  8. Transfer nuts to large mixing bowl
  9. Mix until well combined
  10. Shape
  11. Place content of large mixing bowl on 2 baking sheets
  12. Bake until lightly browned - 14 min, 175°C
  13. Cool - 5 min
  14. Add powdered sugar to a clean small bowl
  15. Roll cookies in sugar mixture
  16. Transfer onto cooling rack
