  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter
  5. Add powdered sugar
  6. Add vanilla extract
  7. Beat until light and fluffy
  8. Get a clean small bowl
  9. Add all purpose flour
  10. Transfer dry ingredients to large mixing bowl gradually while mixing
  11. Get a clean small bowl
  12. Add finely chopped pecan halves
  13. Transfer nuts to large mixing bowl
  14. Mix until well combined
  15. Shape
  16. Place content of large mixing bowl on 2 baking sheets
  17. Bake until lightly browned - 14 min, 175°C
  18. Cool - 5 min
  19. Get a clean small bowl
  20. Add powdered sugar
  21. Roll 2 cookies in sugar mixture
  22. Transfer onto cooling rack
