Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Prepare a clean baking pan
  3. Add vanilla extract, lemon, olive oil, plain yogurt, granulated sugar and egg to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Mix until combined
  5. Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, ground cinnamon, all purpose flour and apple to the batter
  6. Mix until combined
  7. Transfer batter to baking pan
  8. Bake until golden brown - 45 min, 175°C
  9. Let cool - approx 15 min
