  • Canned chickpeas icon
    Canned chickpeas425 gcanned
  • Garlic clove icon
    Garlic clove4peeled
  • Tahini icon
    Tahini120 ml
  • Lemon juice icon
    Lemon juice2 tablespoons
  • Salt icon
    Salt¾ teaspoon
  • Olive oil icon
    Olive oil3 ½ tablespoons
  • Paprika icon
    Paprika1 teaspoon
    Method

  • 1. Add canned chickpeas and garlic clove to a clean small bowl
  • 2. Heat - 4 min 30 sec, Power Level 10
  • 3. Transfer mixture to food processor bowl
  • 4. Add tahini, lemon juice and salt to the purée
  • 5. Blend - approx 30 sec
  • 6. Add olive oil to the purée gradually while blending
  • 7. Blend until smooth
  • 8. Transfer purée to serving plate
  • 9. Drizzle with olive oil
  • 10. Dust with paprika
  • 11. Serve
